How to get Mac OS X Lion for Free

Apple has just released Mac OS X Lion in the Mac App Store for $29.99. If you bought a Mac after June 5th then Apple will give you Lion for free.

If you purchased a Mac between June 06, 2011 and July 20, 2011 then redeem it from the Apple Online Store before August 19, 2011 but since Saudi Arabia doesn’t have an Apple Online Store then you might need to follow these instructions instead.

If you purchased a Mac on or after July 21, 2011 then redeem it from the Apple Online Store within 30 days of purchase. Since Saudi Arabia doesn’t have an Apple Online Store then you might need to follow these instructions instead.

Did you redeem your free Mac OS X Lion from Apple? Share your experience in the comments, thanks.
