AirPlay was introduced with iOS 4.2 to help stream your content on compatible devices like an Apple TV for example.
You can also stream audio to any supported devices. It has been called AirTunes but Apple renamed it to AirPlay.
To be able to stream video from your iOS device you need to install iOS 4.2 and update your Apple TV to Apple TV 4.1. Apple released the following video explaining AirPlay:

You can purchase an Apple TV (or more) from Amazon and ship to Saudi Arabia using a service such as MyUS or Aramex. Apple TV cost $99.
