All you need to do is select your Apple product and select the support category.
You will need the product’s serial number to use this service. To find your product’s serial number follow the instructions on Apple’s site: How to find the serial number of your Apple hardware product.
You can also browse your registered devices under “My Products” and check the status of your support requests under “Case Lookup”.
This service is currently available in the US and Canada, however you should be able to use it if your Apple product was imported from these countries.
