Find my iPhone App released

Apple released the Find My iPhone app for the iOS devices. The app provides access to MobileMe‘s Find My iPhone feature to the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad.

Using Find My iPhone on me.com or the app you can locate your missing or lost device displayed on the map. You can also use it to wipe your data from the device remotely, change the lock password and send a message to the device.

MobileMe cost $100 per year.

Find My iPhone App is free and is only available at the US iTunes App Store.
