Dubai Electricity and Water Authority iPhone App

The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) released an iPhone App in March for their customers. It provides methods for customers to access DEWA’s services.

The App provides the following services:
• DEWA news
• DEWA events
• DEWA locations
• DEWA videos (youtube)
• Bill inquiry
• Complaint registration

An excellent move in customers relations, we hope to see more regional Apps.

The DEWA App is free and available on the iTunes App Store.
