iBooks available at the iPad App Store

Apple has released iBooks, their electronic book reader for the iPad, in the iTunes App Store.

iBooks is free and currently available in the US iTunes Store.

iBooks currently supports the following languages: English, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian and Spanish. No Arabic support at the moment.

  2. Yahoo, got my ipad today in saudi arabia, a friend carried from the US. Too bad I cannot download the iBooks apps which is only available in the US app store. Anyother way I can get it?
    Apple: If it is free, why did you not ship it with iPad…. I am confused
