One of the features of iPhone software 3.0 is Push Notifications which is Apple’s alternative to background processing. Boxcar is a new Twitter client that specializes in sending notifications to you when someone mentions you (@ your name in twitter) or DM you (sending you a direct message).
Boxcar is now available on the iTunes app store for $2.99.
