One year of iTunes App Store

The Apple iTunes App Store turns 1 today. It’s been almost a year since Apple introduced the iTunes App Store and they have over 50,000 applications and over 1 billion downloads.

Apple is having a promotion on the iTunes App Store to celebrate the anniversary which will be on July 11th 2009.
